📋 Требования:
We are recruiting for a promising project in the iGaming industry (casino + sports betting).
Our company is actively operating across CIS, Africa, MENA, and Brazil, and we are now expanding into Asia - starting with Sri Lanka. As part of this expansion, we are building a dedicated Asia unit and looking for strong local professionals to join us.
About the Role
We are looking for a Local Manager who will support market entry and help establish the local payment infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Search and connect Bank Transfer (BT) and Mobcash agents
Develop and maintain relationships with local payment partners
Support the setup of operational and payment processes
Contribute to traffic growth and market development
Work closely with the team to scale the project locally
Requirements:
Experience working with Bank Transfer and/or Mobcash agents
Understanding of the local payment ecosystem
Experience in partner management, payments, or local market development
English proficiency (Sinhala is a strong advantage)
Based in Sri Lanka or with proven experience in the Sri Lankan market
Growth Plan
At the initial stage, the main focus will be on setting up payment processes and connecting agents. Once the operational framework is established, we will scale the team and expand hiring to Affiliate Managers.
