About us:
🔸An American FinTech company Inca Digital is looking for a Social Media Content Manager to help us grow.
🔸We are open to candidates with minimal experience, but ready to learn.
🔸This can be a part-time or a full-time position with a flexible schedule and the possibility to assume more responsibilities.
Duties:
🔸Rework social media presence strategy;
🔸Write engaging captions for different media platforms;
🔸Create posting schedule and execute it;
🔸Collaborate with the design team on the development and production of original social content (images, videos, GIFs, infographics, etc.);
🔸Identify and execute ongoing improvements to level up the performance of our social media efforts.
Requirements:
🔸Fluent English. We are an international team and most of the business is conducted in English.
🔸Experience in Social Media management.
🔸Independence. There will be no marching orders. You are expected to organize your day, get the work done, and speak up when there's a problem.
🔸Willingness to learn. We can teach you everything and don't have any strict experience requirements, but you must be willing to learn every day.
