my main thesis is pretty simple:
robinhood is clearly pushing an agentic szn on its new chain. they’re calling the chain AI-native, launching agentic trading/accounts and already brought Virtuals in from day one. imo we’re going to see multiple winners around that meta, not just one coin. $VEX touching ~$17m today while leading the current AI/tech run is probably the first clear sign of that.
$NAVEN caught my attention because it’s not another agent trying to win attention, it’s payment infra for all of them. they’re the first live x402 facilitator i found on Robinhood Chain.
a facilitator is basically the piece that checks an agent’s signed payment and settles it onchain. the agent can pay for a service without opening an account, manually sending a tx or even holding gas. this is pretty fundamental infra if the endgame is agents hiring other agents, paying for APIs and moving money without a human clicking through every step.
the reason i’m comfortable talking about it is that i actually used the tek. i wanted to expand Atelier x402 to Robinhood Chain, couldn’t find a facilitator, integrated Naven and it worked super smoothly. the first real Atelier order on RH has already happened through it. they also support X Layer, so this isn’t only an RH deployment made to catch the new-chain hype.
i also managed to get in touch with the dev and he seemed serious + helpful, but i still can’t put my hands in the fire for the team. it’s a very new project at a very low mc, so there’s obviously team, liquidity and execution risk.
i like the setup because Robinhood is giving the agentic narrative real distribution, x402 payments are necessary infra for that economy, and i’ve personally confirmed that Naven’s product works.
still a gamble. be cautious and don’t size it based on me buying lol
