🔺Bumped @polkadot/api-cli from 0.53.10 to 0.55.2

ii. humanode web socket tunnel
🔺 Updated the dependencies
🔺Logged more info on the incoming connection
🔺Corrected healthcheck to match the rest of the crates
🔺Added a trace level log for each incoming WebSocket request
🔺Switched to envfury
🔺Set WEBSOCKET_SECURE to true by default
🔺Integrated the client API into the client
