[Community Signaling 6] What should be the minimum number of epochs that a human node scores in 2 weeks to be eligible for validator rewards?

Last week Humanode community voted in favor of validator reward slashing, and now we will decide what will be the threshold. The period without the rewards will be set as 2 weeks for now. This means if a human node did not cross the X out of 84 threshold for a period of April 17 - 30, she will not be rewarded for these two weeks even if in top 150.
