Dev Log 16 is out.

This one is mostly invisible from the outside, but it’s one of the biggest updates so far. Over the past month, a lot of Vortex was refactored so the system is easier to read, audit, and keep building without piling more logic into the wrong places.

The main shift is simple: smaller files, clearer boundaries, less duplication, and more reusable governance logic across both server and web. The behavior stays the same, but the foundation underneath it is much cleaner now.
