Dev Log 15 is out.

This one is about something less flashy, but just as important: trust. The bug hunt focused on making the simulator easier to rely on again, from test infrastructure and identity handling to veto math, concurrency paths, and governance projections.

A lot of this work was about cutting through noise, fixing what was inconsistent, and making sure failures actually mean something when they show up.
