To all human nodes. Round two for the application for proto-Vortex projects is open, and this round will be open for two weeks.

The allocated budget for round 2 is $1000 worth of HMND.

In case you missed the original announcement, and you are a human node (running a validator node), this is what proto-Vortex is all about.

Every two weeks:
• Validators can make proposals within the budget and make a difference for the better.
• Proposals get reviewed and voted on
• funds will be allocated to the projects

Submit your proposals in the human-node-proposals chat in the proto-vortex session of the Humanode Discord.

If your proposal gets through:
• You get funded to build it (milestone by milestone)
• The core team supports you through the process
• You earn a vote in the next rounds of governance
• You will gain the know-how that will be needed once Vortex launches
