The big Ws of this release:
- Performance, especially for MoE (6x-11x speedups)
- No more slow/fast tokenizers -> way simpler API, explicit backends, better performance
- dynamic weight loading: way faster, and enabling: MoE now working w/ {quants, tp, peft, ...}
