To the HTP Community and Investors,

We are announcing an immediate strategic update regarding the HTP Token market structure.

To protect our holders from automated arbitrage bots and to stabilize the token's valuation, we are consolidating all trading activity exclusively to our centralized partner, Dex-Trade.

Effective Immediately: We are removing liquidity from decentralized platforms (PancakeSwap). This decision addresses the significant price disparity between markets, where the token has consistently traded at a higher, more stable value on Dex-Trade compared to decentralized exchanges.

By consolidating liquidity, we eliminate the "impermanent loss" caused by bots and focus our resources on a single, regulated order book.

Action for Holders: All trading of HTP should now be conducted via Dex-Trade. We advise against using decentralized swap interfaces as liquidity will no longer be supported there.

This move is a decisive step to preserve value as we continue our broader restructuring for the HowToPay ecosystem.
