We are hiring a Rust Engineer to design, build, and optimize blockchain applications. The role includes developing smart contracts, integrating with multiple platforms, and ensuring code quality and system performance in a remote, full-time environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain blockchain applications in Rust.
– Optimize and test smart contracts for performance and security.
– Integrate with blockchain platforms (Polkadot, Solana, Near).
– Design system architecture and evaluate solutions.
– Conduct testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
– Participate in planning and time estimation.
✦ Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience with Rust.
– Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies and ecosystems.
– Experience with Polkadot, Solana, or Near.
– Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and testing practices.
– English level: Intermediate or higher.
✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with WebAssembly, Solidity, or Move.
– Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD workflows.
– Understanding of cryptography and consensus mechanisms.
– Contributions to open-source projects.
