✦ Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Ruby Developer with proven TON experience to build and optimize the backend of a next-generation crypto banking platform. You’ll design scalable systems, integrate blockchain components, and ensure top-level security and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop backend logic in Ruby for the CryptoBank TON platform.
– Integrate with the TON ecosystem, Prisma ORM, and Neon DB.
– Optimize performance and handle high-load architecture.
– Work with APIs (Hono, Vite) and ensure code quality via reviews.
– Collaborate with the team on architecture and product improvements.
✦ Qualifications:
– 5+ years of professional experience in Ruby backend development.
– Proven hands-on experience with The Open Network (TON).
– Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and security.
– Experience with Vite, Hono, Prisma (ORM), and Neon (PostgreSQL).
– Ability to work in high-load environments and deliver stable systems.
✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with DeFi and smart contracts on TON.
– Knowledge of JS/TS for frontend or integrations.
