✦ Job Description:
An international product IT holding is seeking a Lead Blockchain Developer to join its Cyprus-based team. The company builds global digital communication tools, payment integrations, and user-centric products. The role involves leading blockchain development, managing integrations, and mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and lead blockchain integration strategy and execution
– Manage and develop a team of blockchain engineers
– Design and maintain transaction indexers and translators for BTC, ETH, TRON, BNB, TON, LTC, etc.
– Develop scalable backend services in TypeScript (Nest.js) and/or Go
– Implement monitoring, alerts, and SLO/SLI for blockchain operations
– Ensure transaction integrity, access control, and data security
– Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and support team growth

✦ Qualifications:
– 3+ years in backend development and 3+ years in blockchain projects
– Strong understanding of blockchain APIs and networks
– Hands-on experience with web3.js or ethers.js
– Proficiency in TypeScript (Nest.js) and/or Go
– Experience with nodes, RPC/REST/gRPC APIs
– Expertise in PostgreSQL, ORM, and query optimization
– Solid background in testing and QA processes
– Proven leadership and mentoring experience

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience building blockchain indexers and financial transaction systems
– Familiarity with security and audit procedures in crypto infrastructure
