✦ Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Blockchain Developer to drive blockchain integrations and backend services for a global fintech company. You’ll work with multiple blockchains, ensure system security, and lead a strong engineering team across international hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and integrate blockchains (BTC, ETH, TRON, BNB, TON, etc.)
– Build indexers and transactional services
– Ensure security: private keys, audits, access control
– Lead a development team, perform code reviews, and mentor engineers
✦ Qualifications:
– 5+ years backend development experience, 3+ years in blockchain
– Expertise in TypeScript (Nest.js) / Go
– Familiarity with web3.js, ethers.js
– Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks
– English level B1+
✦ Conditions:
– On-site in Limassol (relocation package provided) or office-based in London/Dubai (no relocation)
– Official employment contract
