We are looking for an experienced and reliable development lead who truly loves building products. Our crypto exchange is live and processing real transactions, and we need someone to take ownership of the backend, ensure system stability, and lay the foundation for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead backend development in Django with focus on code quality and performance
– Design architecture and implement best practices
– Integrate securely with Tron Scan API and blockchain services
– Implement and maintain custodial wallets for USDT (TRC20)
– Plan and execute gradual migration from Python to Go
– Solve complex technical challenges autonomously and make key project decisions
– Contribute to team scaling and hiring of new engineers

✦ Qualifications:
– 6+ years of experience with Python and Django
– 3+ years of experience with Go
– Strong knowledge of modern databases and web application security
– Proven experience with Tron Scan API and USDT (TRC20)
– Excellent soft skills: responsibility, independence, proactivity, problem-solving
– Ability to act as a technical leader and take ownership of the product
– Experience with Git and Docker

– Passion for software development and building high-quality products
