✦ Job Description:
An expanding iGaming team is looking for a talented Lead Backend Developer skilled in Go and TypeScript. You will drive the development of new features, optimize algorithms, and manage a backend team working with high data volumes. The role provides freedom to influence both technology and company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
– Write and optimize backend algorithms
– Lead and mentor a backend development team
– Build and enhance new product features
– Work with high-load systems and large data sets
✦ Qualifications:
– 3+ years of commercial Go experience
– Solid background in Node.js and TypeScript (event loop, typing, async code)
– Hands-on experience with Redis, ClickHouse, Kafka
– Proven leadership and team management experience
✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Knowledge of Go fundamentals: goroutines, channels, sync package, OOP
– Ability to work effectively with existing codebases
Location: Remote, full-time (flexible 5/2 schedule)
