✦ Job Description:
SteelMount is developing a digital marketplace for purchasing games, in-game currencies, and topping up balances on global services. Backed by solid investment, the company is growing its core team and is now looking for a Senior Golang Developer with deep experience in anti-fraud systems (custom CAPTCHA, anti-bot mechanics, Proof-of-Work). You'll join a small expert team focused on building secure, high-load infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop backend services in Go
– Implement anti-fraud mechanisms and analyze bot attacks
– Work with REST/gRPC APIs, custom captchas, and distributed systems
– Optimize high-load infrastructure for security and performance
– Integrate with messaging queues and databases
– Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews
✦ Qualifications:
– 3+ years in backend development with Go
– Deep knowledge of goroutines, channels, context, memory management
– Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID, Hexagonal patterns
– Experience with:
• Web: net/http, Gin, Echo, Fiber
• Protocols: REST, gRPC (protobuf), WebSockets
• DBs: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, ClickHouse
• Queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS
• Tools: go test, go vet, golangci-lint, pprof, Swagger/OpenAPI
• Logging/Tracing: ELK, Loki, Jaeger
✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with custom captcha systems and anti-bot engineering
– Ability to analyze and counter complex fraud tactics
Location: Remote (any timezone; prefer overlap with Moscow time)
