✦ Job Description:
A licensed card issuer is launching a new division focused on virtual banking cards. We're building an API-first B2B platform for issuing and managing cards. As Tech Lead, you'll define architecture, drive backend/API development, and lead an outsourced engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Define system architecture and API design
– Select tools and approaches for backend stack
– Decompose business needs into technical tasks
– Lead backend/API development and partner integrations
– Conduct code reviews and mentor the team
– Manage deliverables from an outsourced dev team
– Collaborate with Product Manager on sprint planning
– Contribute to infrastructure and system scalability

✦ Qualifications:
– 5+ years in backend development (PHP + Go)
– 1+ year of experience in card issuing (EU/WW)
– Team leadership experience
– Deep knowledge of DDD, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal/Onion patterns
– Experience with async processing, HA design, monolith/microservices
– Solid understanding of OWASP security standards
– Stack: Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Grafana, Laravel Octane, ELK/Loki
– Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack
– Languages: Fluent English + Native Russian

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with WireGuard, Firezone, Prometheus, Sentry, Jaeger

Location: Remote (timezone: Warsaw-aligned)
