DefiTuna is a fast-growing Solana-based DeFi protocol focused on lending and leveraged farming. With $10M+ TVL growth in a month and thousands of daily transactions, we are scaling our team to meet rising demand. We’re hiring a Frontend Senior/Lead Developer to lead UI efforts and deliver advanced features during this critical growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers
– Collaborate with CTO, CEO, and designers to shape product direction
– Build and optimize user-facing features
– Ensure high-performance, scalable, and testable frontend code
✦ Qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience in frontend or fullstack roles
– Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js (or similar)
– Proven experience with complex, commercial projects (with links)
– Solid foundation in mathematics, algorithms, and computer science
– Experience with testing (unit, integration, E2E)
– Familiarity with CI tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
– Comfortable with Git and backend architecture
– Exposure to low-level languages (C/C++ or Rust)
