BlockSniper is a high-frequency crypto trading startup building ultra-fast trading bots and DEX strategies on Solana. We’re hiring a Solana Rust Developer to work on low-latency, infrastructure-level tasks where every millisecond counts.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop high-performance Solana-based trading systems
– Optimize code for speed and low latency
– Work with Solana RPC, Anchor, CLI, and deployment flows
– Manage infrastructure: validator setup, node maintenance, network reliability
– Contribute to engineering solutions focused on performance

✦ Qualifications:
– 3+ years in Rust, with hands-on Solana experience
– Deep understanding of PoS, RPC, and DApps
– Background in high-load systems (HFT, bots, or trading preferred)
– Infrastructure-level experience: nodes, validators, custom networks
– Bonus: experience with machine learning
