✦ Job Description:
We’re building a niche messenger with a strong client base and are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. If you're full of energy, eager to grow, and ready to work hands-on — this is the right place. We’re not enterprise — we’re a post-startup with funding but still in the process of building structure.

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and scale Kubernetes in bare-metal production environments
– Work with physical servers (no cloud)
– Collaborate closely with the dev team on deployment and ops
– Contribute to setting up stable infrastructure with startup flexibility

✦ Qualifications:
– Hands-on DevOps experience (preferably outside rigid enterprise setups)
– Experience with Kubernetes in bare-metal setups
– Solid understanding of infrastructure and Linux systems
– English: B1–B2+ level

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Startup experience or readiness to thrive in unstructured environments
– Willingness to relocate or already outside of Russia
– Comfortable with crypto payments and legalization through foreign sole proprietorship (IP)
