✦ Job Description:
We're looking for a Tech Lead to guide the development of cross-platform games (Telegram Mini Apps, Unity, Web3). This role involves architectural planning, team leadership, and involvement in game design and development processes. Flexible workload: part-time (10–20 hrs/week) or full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
– Define technical architecture and vision
– Lead backend, frontend, and Unity teams
– Choose tech stack, CI/CD, conduct code reviews
– Contribute to game design, hiring, and team processes

✦ Qualifications:
– Proven Tech Lead experience in gaming or Web3 projects
– Strong architectural thinking and team management skills
– Understanding of client-server architecture, NFTs, and wallet authentication

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with games from scratch
– Minimal bureaucracy, full tech-stack influence
– Growth path toward CTO
