✦ Job Description:
The Thing is an on-chain sentiment analysis platform helping users follow the best influencers and Telegram channels. We are looking for a Team Lead to assemble and lead developers in building a multichain trading bot, develop MEV-focused strategies, and deliver new applications under the PrivateAI label.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assemble and manage a development team for a multichain trading bot
– Extract new coin CA addresses from multiple sources
– Deliver short-term software projects under the PrivateAI label
– Develop, backtest, and execute MEV algorithmic strategies
– Ensure roadmap milestones are met on time

✦ Qualifications:
– Strong Rust programming skills
– Proficiency in TypeScript & Solana’s Web3.js or Anchor client
– Experience interacting with Solana DEXs, LPs, token accounts, swaps
– Deep knowledge of the EVM stack (smart contract design, BNB, Base, Sonic, etc.)
– Hands-on experience with transaction racing, arbitrage, sniping using Solana infra (Jito, BlockXroute, NextBlock)
– Understanding of new memecoin launchpads (pump.fun, virtuals, auto.fun, letsbonk.fun, Moonshot)

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience leading teams on complex blockchain products
