✦ Job Description:
Fluence is the first decentralized “cloudless” computing platform, offering a cheaper, resilient, and verifiable alternative to major cloud providers. The team is looking for two roles: a DevOps Engineer to maintain and optimize infrastructure and a Solidity Engineer to lead smart contract development for Fluence’s on-chain marketplace. Both roles are fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:
DevOps
– Maintain and troubleshoot Kubernetes infrastructure (cloud and bare-metal)
– Improve observability (alerts, dashboards, system visibility)
– Maintain CI/CD pipelines
– Participate in cloud R&D (storage, networking, virtualization, hardware)
– Debug customer VM/workload issues
– Join on-call rotation for platform reliability

Solidity Engineer
– Redesign and implement the next-gen on-chain marketplace
– Architect and optimize smart contracts for gas and upgradability
– Contribute to tokenomics modeling and implementation
– Lead audits and security reviews
– Align smart contract interfaces with off-chain services
– Refactor and maintain legacy contracts
– Ensure high standards in testing and documentation

✦ Qualifications:
DevOps
– 3+ years of production experience
– Strong Kubernetes & Terraform expertise
– Familiar with GitOps principles and Prometheus ecosystem
– Independent, fast delivery
– Russian & English proficiency

Solidity Engineer
– Deep experience with Solidity, EVM, Foundry, Hardhat
– Expertise in gas optimization and economic efficiency
– Experience integrating Web3 protocols with traditional backends (TypeScript/microservices)
– Strong understanding of tokenomics and on-chain incentives
– Comfortable with complex legacy codebases

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– (Solidity) Familiarity with Rust and non-Ethereum blockchain systems
