✦ Job Description:
We are a trusted B2C cryptocurrency exchange operating in Europe since 2018, seeking a skilled Teamlead Backend Developer. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team, ensuring transparency and high-quality development.

Our Stack:
– Backend: NodeJs, Nest.js, Typescript
– DB: PostgreSQL, Redis
– Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js
– GitLab, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ

Key Responsibilities:
– Decompose tasks and ensure a high level of development quality
– Accept stories from the Product Manager
– Manage the development team and support team member growth
– Monitor services in production and set up incident alert systems (Opsgenie, Grafana)
– Advocate for the team's interests and development quality

✦ Qualifications:
– Knowledge and understanding of metrics (freedom to choose metrics)
– Experience with load, integration, and unit testing
– 2+ years as a teamlead/techlead backend
– 3+ years as a senior backend developer
– 1+ year experience with Typescript
