✦ Job Description:
We are seeking a Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to join our team. As one of the top 3 brokers on the world's largest crypto exchanges, we offer a single access point and interface to 20 leading global exchanges, providing fully automated trade execution and portfolio management.

Technical Stack: Go, Ruby, Rails, Sidekiq, Redis, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, DynamoDB, and various AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop modular and scalable code
– Implement new trading algorithms and functionalities
– Solve high-load and security-related challenges
– Ensure code quality and performance
– Integrate with external API services

✦ Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
– Deep understanding of PostgreSQL
– Familiarity with AWS serverless services (Lambda, DynamoDB)
– Experience with key-value stores (Redis/Memcached, etc.)
– Adherence to best practices including TDD, continuous integration, refactoring, and coding standards
– Ability to design robust, scalable, and secure solutions
– Excellent communication skills (online and offline)
– Basic knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus
– Experience in fintech, trading, or cryptocurrencies is welcome

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Basic knowledge of Go and a desire to grow in this area

Location: Remote (we do not hire in Russia and Belarus)
Contract: Full time
