✦ Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated LLM Developer to join our team. The role focuses on developing technical and practical solutions for our AI agent products. Logarithm Labs is an experienced R&D team working on cutting-edge crypto market trends and technologies (e.g., derivatives infrastructure, liquidity strategies, open-source analytics, and frameworks, AI agents).

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop AI agents, including tools, memory systems, and pipeline integrations
– Maintain and enhance our internal agent toolkit and infrastructure
– Research and test various models to determine optimal solutions for our products

✦ Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LLaMA, Anthropic)
– Strong coding and development skills (Python, Git, Linux, Docker, APIs)
– Experience with agentic & RAGs systems and best practice frameworks such as React, Anthropic MCP
– Ability to quickly develop PoCs in Python using AI frameworks (transformers, langchain, langgraph)
– Practical experience in model tuning: prompt engineering, hyperparameters, in-context learning

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Interest in the crypto market
– Experience with ELIZA or virtual agents

Location: Remote (work from any country and timezone)
