Rivo.xyz is searching for a dedicated and results-driven DeFi Lead to join our innovative DeFi front-end platform. Our mission is to streamline user onboarding into decentralized finance, allowing users to effortlessly build and manage yield portfolios by connecting them to top-rated yield products across multiple EVM chains without additional smart contract layers.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the integration of new projects into the platform with comprehensive risk assessments
– Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols
– Develop campaigns for onboarding new blockchains to Rivo
– Design and enhance DeFi front-end functionalities for optimal user experience
– Represent the project in public forums and media engagements
– Contribute to the development of an AI agent to boost platform capabilities

✦ Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in the DeFi industry as a core team member
– In-depth understanding of DeFi and crypto markets
– Strong analytical skills with expertise in DeFi protocol structures
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Collaborative mindset for building strong professional relationships

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Existing network within the DeFi and Web3 space
– Active presence on Twitter
– Knowledge of tokenomics structures

Location: Remote (EU-time preferred)

Contract: Full-time
