✦ Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a 10x developer to lead the creation of a new product at Slise, offering a co-founder equity package. We are building a CRM for BD/Sales teams in Telegram, featuring a built-in AI assistant. Our market is well-defined; we have a promising MVP garnering enthusiastic feedback, and the resources to achieve traction, supported by an ex-YC/Meta AI Research team that developed the largest web3-native ad platform.

The product is not overly complex in terms of technology and does not expect millions of RPS. Hence, we prioritize passion, eagerness to excel, and the ability to learn quickly over formal experience in a narrow field.

While this is a leadership role, it entails full control over technical decisions, technology choices, strategy, and personal responsibility for outcomes. It is not a managerial position focused on task distribution; we seek someone capable of driving the product solo, and eventually with a team of 3-4 experienced individuals, where the leader codes more and better than others, motivating forward momentum by example.

Our Stack:
TS, React, Vite, Supabase, Redux, Cloudflare Pages, backend on Cloudflare Functions, Telegram Web A client, iframe communication

✦ Essentials:
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with TS + React/next.js + node serverless (Vercel/Cloudflare Functions) + PostgreSQL (Supabase/neon)
- Experience in small startups (1-2 developers) with the ability to swiftly ship production-ready frontend and backend code
- Experience refactoring large projects (transition away from Redux and legacy backend)
- Experience with LLM API and open-source models
- Willingness to take on responsibility for complex releases and show initiative (potential growth to CTO)
- Ability to learn quickly if something is unknown

✦ Nice to Have:
- Launched successful products with measurable traction
- Experience with the Telegram ecosystem
- Experience with jotai/zustand for state management, experience with file-based routers
- Experience with AI for coding (Cursor or similar)
- Empathy for users and ability to listen to feedback
- Desire to push to main every day
