✦ Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior/Lead Blockchain Golang Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our high-load off-chain protocol components.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain high-load off-chain protocol components in Golang (sequencer, indexer, matcher)
– Integrate various decentralized protocols and services
– Write tests to ensure code reliability and performance
– Design architecture solutions considering the specific features of the TON blockchain
– Interact with the blockchain and smart contracts
– Work with cryptography to ensure protocol security

✦ Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in Golang development with proven ability to write and optimize code for high-load systems
– Experience with DeFi and understanding of decentralized financial protocols
– Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and maintaining containerized applications in a scalable environment
– Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization

✦ Preferred Qualifications:
– Strong engineering team (including two PhDs)
– Startup environment with no bureaucracy and freedom of action
– Development of cutting-edge DeFi protocol on TON
– Influence on technological and architectural decisions
– Stock options for early employees
– 20 working days of vacation + 3 sick days every six months without documentation (non-cumulative)

✦ Challenges:
– The cryptocurrency exchange operates 24/7, so issues must be addressed even at night and on weekends
– High responsibility for security, with over 20M USDT in the protocol
– Dealing with non-standard engineering solutions of the TON blockchain (e.g., int 257 bits, cell 1023 bits)
– Full responsibility for quality solutions in a startup environment
– Facing unsolved problems requiring open source digging and contributor communication
– Tight deadlines, making the work challenging but interesting
