Key Responsibilities: β Lead the dev team and planning. β Design Python app architecture. β Manage code reviews and standards. β Support and develop CI/CD. β Mentor and hire new engineers. β Solve complex high-load issues.
β¦ Qualifications: β 7+ years of Python experience. β 2+ years in Team Lead roles. β Expertise: FastAPI and SQLAlchemy. β Deep Postgres & MVCC knowledge. β Proficiency: Docker and Kubernetes. β Async and Multithreading mastery. β Clean Arch, DDD, SOLID expertise. β Russian language (C1+).
β¦ Nice to have: β AWS, GCP, or Azure experience. β Kafka, Spark, and Big Data. β Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry.
