ML Researcher
Tasks:
• sales and demand forecasting models
• location analysis for new branches and customer analytics
• measuring the impact of marketing campaigns
Requirements:
• statistics and ML (time series, regression)
• can explain results in business terms

ML Engineer
Tasks:
• computer vision models (detection, tracking) in production
• improving speech to text (STT) for Uzbek and Russian
• working with the company's local LLM
Requirements:
• Python and PyTorch
• experience with YOLO, ByteTrack or similar
• Linux, Docker, Git; working on GPU servers
