$MOO fixes a timing gap on Robinhood Chain: when a new stock gets tokenized, there's a window where the token exists but has no price yet — no oracle data has printed.
$MOO is an escrow pool for that window. Buyers deposit USDG, sellers deposit the stock token, both sides lock in ahead of time. The moment the first real price print lands (via Chainlink), everyone gets matched at that exact number. If no price ever prints, everyone just withdraws their money back — no fee, no loss.
It's basically a pre-market opening auction for brand-new tokenized stocks, borrowed from how real exchanges handle new listings.
