BRICS member states, in the New Delhi Declaration, condemned the April 22, 2025 terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam, in which 26 people were killed.

The declaration called for accountability of those involved in terrorist activities and urged “concerted actions against all UN designated terrorists and terrorist entities”. It also reaffirmed the bloc’s commitment to combating terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.''
