Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim told S Jaishankar that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is “very popular”, saying he received several messages asking him to pass on regards to Modi. The exchange took place during Ibrahim’s meeting with Modi on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS Summit in Delhi.
