Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said he is confident that the upcoming BRICS Summit will feature positive and meaningful discussions with aspirations for the welfare of the world.

Ahead of the Summit, the prime minister said that one should associate only with the virtuous and act in concert only with the virtuous.
