Millions of bloggers create educational videos on social networks (like TED talks, interviews, and lectures). We have already told you how to get summaries of such videos on YouTube.
But if you want to turn watching videos into an interactive learning process, you can do it with the help of the Yoututor startup.
🎓 Yoututor.ai is a service that uses ChatGPT to analyze video content and create a quiz with 5 questions based on it. These tests make learning effective and fun.
Igor Slynko, co-founder of Yoututor, says: "People often learn from open content on social networks. To turn new information into knowledge, you need to understand it, discuss it, and do some exercises. Our project solves this task. Now, it's tests based on YouTube videos, but the ultimate goal is to turn YouTube into a full educational platform like Coursera, for example."
❓ How to use Yoututor?
1. Install the Yoututor.ai extension for Google Chrome.
2. Open any video on YouTube.
3. Click the Start Quiz button under the video.
4. Take the 5-question test and get a score.
If you make mistakes, you can retake the test after rewatching parts of the video that explain the correct answers. You will see them on the video's timeline.
ℹ️ Please note:
1. Tests are created in the language of the video.
2. Tests for the first 10 videos are free, then there is a subscription for $7.99 with unlimited access.
