Personally I think the system is highly anticipating a loss and this is preemptive damage control.

The article is actually quite balanced when compared with the slop that mainstream media companies usually churn out.

The article ends with a high-ranking Jew asking the government to legislate another law banning Hizb ut-Tahrir and the White Australia Party if the Prohibited Hate Groups laws are ruled unconstitutional. And these people wonder why they are hated.

These are the three main reasons why some retarded right-wingers are naysaying the High Court challenge against the Prohibited Hate Group laws.

1. They have no idea what these laws actually mean in practice.

2. They hate the NSN so much that they’re happy to accept the destruction of Australia’s political freedoms and representative democracy because it’s being done to the Nazis first.

3. They are tough-guy Twitter Nazis who think being a revolutionary means simply accepting when the government represses you, taking it like a good little boy and refusing to criticise the government for its repression.
