Longer version of the ECAJ submission references the ADL saying the term "noticer" is hate speech.

It's interesting that last week the Executive Council of Australian Jewry attacked us in a submission to a parliamentary committee (their accusations are false and we were in the middle of responding when we got banned), and then today ECAJ co-CEO Alex Ryvchin shows ADL boss Jonathan Greenblatt around Bondi.

Probably just a coincidence though as there is no way Australia's most powerful and censorious Jewish lobby group would ask the ADL to pressure X into banning an independent media outlet, and no way Elon Musk would allow such a thing on his free speech platform.

The Free Speech Union has done quite a good submission into the Inquiry on Intelligence and Security review into the White Australia proscription.

They have noted how the government moved to ban White Australia only when their AEC application for a party was submitted. Point 4 is very well put.

They recommended that White Australia’s proscription be disallowed, and to state why the proscription process was restarted only when their AEC application was lodged.

They also said the proscription was unlawful because the party was a completely different legal entity.

They also recommended amendments to the laws that they cannot be used against political parties.

No — the group which cannot be named without opening oneself up to criminal prosecution is the foremost problem. Without their distortion and degradation of Australia's institutions, other problems like China and India would not be the severe problems they are today.

Yes, we would still have problems if they suddenly disappeared — just like the structure of a house may very well remain in danger of collapsing after termites are removed. That doesn't change the fact that the termites are the origin of the problems, and that focusing on the consequences of termites over the termites themselves is missing the point.
