The Australian government says you are free to post your views about the government and make memes – as long as a politician or police officer doesn’t consider the posts to be offensive, menacing, harassing, racist, ableist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or anti-Semitic.

You are free to express the opinions they haven’t criminalised.

This was a rookie mistake on her part. She should stand in front of the mirror every day and do ten repetitions of “the sky is green”, then ten repetitions of “men are women” and then ten repetitions of “we are not controlling free speech – we are not conducting covert surveillance”. The lies will become automatic if she does these drills daily.
