On today’s Día de la Raza, all Europeans should take a moment to salute our Spanish comrades for their hospitality to the greatest postwar national socialist, Léon Degrelle, who was able to build a new life in Spain after being sentenced to death in his Belgian homeland.
In 2024 I reviewed an excellent book about Degrelle’s years in Spain, written by another great national socialist José Luis Jerez Riesco.
That review originally appeared in two parts, in H&D, and is now available on the H&D website in both English and Spanish. Here’s a link in celebration of the Día de la Raza, as we salute Spain’s continuing outstanding contribution to building a renaissance of the true Europe.
Spain can be proud of successive generations of postwar national socialists, ranging from José Luis Jerez Riesco (now 77), to Isabel Peralta (who at just 24 is already a beacon of hope for Europe).
