🇷🇺🇺🇦 I was looking for footage of the battle for Hostomel and decided to put together a 22-minute compilation, arranging the footage as chronologically as possible to follow the sequence of events during the fighting.
Footage from the battle for Antonov Airport in Hostomel, Kyiv region, during the Russian airborne assault on February 24, 2022. Russian VDV forces of the 45th and 31st Airborne Brigades landed at the airport, supported by Mi-24, Mi-35M and Ka-52 attack helicopters.
The airborne assault force secured positions across the airport while additional Russian forces moved toward Hostomel to reinforce the troops holding the airfield.
