WOOL CLOTHES

Wool is surprisingly controversial in the survival world. The regular folk would say that wool is simply too itchy, and still others remark on the unnecessary weight compared to modern inventions.

I am a wool supremacist. Polyester and acrylic do not and will never convince me.

Wool is antimicrobial, warm even when wet, renewable, biodegradable, sweat-wicking, breathable, and insulating on a level that modern science struggles to compete with.

Not all wool is itchy. Merino wool is an absolute bargain for how soft it is - no cashmere, but plenty good. If you don't think so, then perhaps you need to toughen up. Thankfully, you're in the right place for that!

You want all kinds of merino wool clothes. Some examples might be:

- Base layers and other underwear
- Shirts
- Leggings
- Hats
- Gloves

And yes, socks...

You want multiple pairs of each.

Outer layers can be more scratchy, just keep your under layers a soft merino.

WAY CHEAP on eBay!
