SoftBank’s Portfolio in 2026

SoftBank is one of the world’s biggest tech investors. Through Vision Fund 1, Vision Fund 2 and the group itself it holds stakes in around 400 companies. Here are some of the best-known ones by sector. This is a selection, not the full list.

The biggest bet today is AI: OpenAI, Arm, Stargate and its own chipmakers Ampere and Graphcore. Next comes physical AI, meaning robots and warehouse automation like ABB Robotics, Skild AI and AutoStore. Its big consumer and mobility bets from the 2010s, such as ByteDance, Coupang, DiDi and Grab, are still in the portfolio.
