Prediction Markets at $3B isn't a category anymore, it's the category - nearly 30% of everything raised, more than exchanges and AI combined. A year ago this was a niche bet on election cycles. Now it's the single biggest line item in crypto venture, which tells you investors aren't betting on a product, they're betting on a new default interface for information itself.

Payments at $2B confirms the trend from earlier this year: distribution still beats infrastructure. Add exchanges' $1B and that's $3B chasing the front door, while the pipes behind it - blockchains, mining, infrastructure - split a smaller pool between them.
