IV. Any type of account can submit the application except for Roleplay account.
V. The maximal agency for those who submit are 3, including Hashiro.
VI. Talent must be able to uphold the agency's reputation
VII. Have to went through all the recruitment process as scheduled. If talent have any problem or constraints, they have to contact the admin first.
VIII. Talent must not be in a busy period or planning to leave the rental world in anytime soon
IX. Talent must have minimal 3 testimonies to submit, if they have more than that then they will get extra points in the future.
