I. Processing will take about 3 - 16 days, according to the length of the order list and our personal circumstances.

II. It’s highly recommended to provide clear and detailed references. Aims to reduce revisions and misunderstandings. References can be in the form of photos, or written explanations.

III. Discussion before placing an in rush order is highly recommended, and I have the right to refuse an order if it is felt that I cannot fulfill it.

IV. I set out a few things I can and can't do in taking order commissions.

V. The final results can be sent via E-Mail, Drive and telegram files. I highly recommend Drive to maintain resolution of commissions. I'm using 3K resolution.

VI. Final work will be published to t.me/Harucyos/15. So, please confirm if the customer objects to us publishing your final results.

VII. Speed—Paint (drawing process) can be submitted for a fee.
