The only reason NJ has a high IQ despite a lower number of Whites (66% White) is its North East Asian population (predominantly Chinese). The states proximity to Ivy League schools draws in the world’s most academically-inclined nons. But the demographically more White states, many of them flyover states, still have a similar or higher average IQ.
