Wow, what absolute feminist insanity by NY governor Hochul. If women in NY can’t legally consent to sex after consuming alcohol, then women shouldn’t be served alcohol by any establishment, and no man in NY that’s aware of this will ever give a woman a drink again. Hell, why not just make it illegal for women to drink alcohol altogether? That makes a lot more sense.

And since these sort of feminists claim to be such strong proponents of gender equality, why not write the law so it covers men as well? If a man is drunk and sleeps with a woman, did he really give his consent? What if he wakes up and discovers he shagged a land whale when the beer goggles wear off? Why shouldn’t he get the fat/ugly woman he regrets charged with rape? That would at least be equal and fair.
