Some people like to depict Greek life (fraternities and sororities) on US college/university campuses as an example of peak American Whiteness, and there’s definitely some truth to it—it’s typically very White American. Most all people that participate in Greek life are young White people. But as an institution, along with living on campus, it’s just not healthy. These young White people should be getting married and having children instead of joining these fraternities and sororities just to party their youth away, cheapen their existence, and destroy their ability to pair bond; thus delaying real adulthood.
